Festive Pepper Gems

These poppable, loveable bites are stuffed full of garlic herb whipped goat cheese and drizzled with a decadent pesto dressing. Wrapped up in a sweet pepper package, these appetizers are the perfect addition to any holiday charcuterie tray. Quick and simple to assemble, these treats save you time so you have more time for family and presents!
2 8 oz packages multi colored pickled cherry peppers, seeds removed
1 block of cream cheese, softened
1 4 oz log garlic and herb goat cheese
5 T heavy cream
⅛ tsp black pepper
2 T pesto
1 T olive oil
Place peppers cut side down on a rack to drain for 1-2 hours.
Meanwhile, whip cream cheese, goat cheese, black pepper, and heavy cream together until fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
Pipe filling into each pepper.
Mix olive oil and pesto together. Drizzle over peppers.
